Permanent Makeup: a $100 non-refundable deposit is required that will be put towards the total amount of service to secure your appointment and your commitment to proceed with the treatment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is required. If you choose to cancel, the credit can be moved to another service. If you β€œno show” to your appointment without any notice, you simply forfeit your deposit and will need to schedule a new appointment.

Lash Clients: Arrive to your appointment at least 5 minutes before. If you're wearing heavy eye makeup such as eyeliner, mascara, concealer or foundation on your eyes, please remove as much as you can in the restroom otherwise your appointment time will be taken up by cleaning your lashes and $10 fee will be applied from extra cleansing.

Lash clients with existing lash extensions from a previous salon: making an appointment for a lash touchup/fill may require additional time added to your service as each technician and style of applying extensions are always different. We will address the process during the service and if needed to better improve the health of your natural lashes.

Cash is preferred. Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and debit/credit cards accepted. Checks not accepted.

When booking online, a valid debit/credit card is required to secure your spot. By entering your information, no charge will be taken action. However, in the event of last minute cancellation, rescheduling or no show, you will be charged for the total amount of the missed service. A requirement of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment must be given to avoid being charged 50% of the missed service. Same day appointments apply.

Failure to notify or no show to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service as these times could have been reserved for another guest. We respect your time, please respect ours.

If you were to reschedule, cancel or no show your appointment in less than 24 hours notice, the card on file is subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Late arrivals to your appointment, please notify me as I may have extra space available to accommodate to your arrival. If not, rescheduling your appointment will be needed.

During your appointment please silence your cell phone unless you’re waiting for an important call.

If you are frequently canceling or not showing up after rescheduling your appointments, understand I reserve the right to refuse rebooking.

Please have your kids stay at home as the space cannot accommodate children in the area. Other providers are in the building so please kindly keep them at home where they can be supervised.
